Here are some pictures of the birthday cake Joelle made for my birthday when I went to MI a few weeks ago. It was a blueberry cake with tofu topping. Quite delicious I must say.
In other news, Joelle has been hired by the Quiet Hour closeby in Redlands, and she will be starting work there at the end of the month. Obviously, I'm very pleased that she is moving out here.
